2. Check if the load current and operating voltage of the regulator are normal;
3. Check whether the regulator has leakage or oil leakage. The oil level, oil color and temperature are above the allowable value. The oil immersed from the upper layer of the cold regulator is generally below 85 °C. The oil is air-cooled and oil-cooled. The regulator should be below 75 ° C;
4. Check whether the high and low pressure porcelain bushings of the regulator are clean, with or without cracks, breakage and flashover discharge marks;
5. Check the terminals of the regulator for poor contact and overheating;
6. Check if the running sound of the regulator is normal; there is a uniform electromagnetic noise during normal operation. If there is a squeaking discharge inside, it may be a breakdown of the winding insulation. If uneven electromagnetic sound occurs, it may be The core bolt or nut of the iron core is loose.
7. Check if the moisture absorber of the regulator reaches a saturated state;
8. Check if the oil cut-off of the regulator is normal, and whether the cut-off door leading to the gas relay and the cut-off door of the radiator are in an open state;
9. Check whether the explosion-proof pipe diaphragm of the regulator is complete, and whether the diaphragm glass is marked with “ten”;
10. Check whether the cooling device of the regulator is operating normally, whether the temperature of the heat pipe is uniform, and whether there is a blockage of the oil pipe;
11. Check if the grounding of the voltage regulator is good.
12. Check if the gas relay is full of oil and no gas exists;
13. For the outdoor voltage regulator, it is important to check whether the foundation is good, whether there is a foundation sinking, whether the pole is fixed, whether the pole is firm, whether the wood pole or the pole root is decayed.
14. For the indoor voltage regulator, focus on checking whether the doors and windows are intact, and check whether the louver wire yarn is complete;
